Jim Phillips sends in this picture, which by my count, contains 26.5 visible stinkbugs. (Think about it. And then, ewwww.)

I haven’t got anything to say about this pic except that it is way awesome.

But my wife wants to know if “Jim is going to clean the eggs off his screen…? Because, ewwww.

No, I’m not going to clean the eggs off the screen (”Eww” is right!). And besides, I kinda like stinkbugs–they showed up at our house throughout the year, even in the depths of winter.

Heck, if you wait a while (maybe only a few days, and almost certainly no more than a couple of weeks), the eggs will hatch and they’ll crawl away on their own. No cleanup needed. Problem solved! Plus, you’ll have a chance to get some pictures of newly-hatched stinkbugs, some of which are awfully cute.

That is a great shot with all the eggs! I posted two beetle shots on Sunday that you might enjoy and I have some great fly and spider shots prepped for Thursday :)
