Yeah, it hurts like a SOB, but not for two days. Worse than a wasp or hornet sting though, by a pretty wide margin. I've always had a soft spot for these things since. Interestingly enough I was attempting to create a photo similar to what ran on Halloween with one of these bugs and a huge Mantis.
